Front Office Coordinator

As a multidisciplinary Clinic and following the western family clinic model, GMS Clinic is part of the international Global Medical System Clinics and Hospitals, a chain/network. We are currently looking for an individual for the position of IVF Development Coordinator.

Core responsibilities:

  • Provide Information to patients about Services, prices and terms & conditions of IVF Clinic.
  • Update and Maintain an electronic database of the clinic (add information about new patients after the first visit).
  • Co-operate and collaborate with the medical division of the clinic to stay updated with the clinic affairs.
  • Meet and coordinate with patients and visitors at reception. Create and maintain a comfortable area for patients.
  • Control quality of service provided to clinic.

Job Requirements:

  • Fluent English (Upper-Intermediate or higher): good verbal communication with patients on the phone and/or in person, strong written communication, and grammatical speech. Fluency in a second foreign language is preferred but not a must.
  • Strong knowledge in Gynaecology and the IVF field are mandatory, previous work in a gynaecological clinic or IVF clinic would be ideal.
  • Higher education or university courses.
  • Ability to work in a team.
  • Ability to handle high stress situations.
  • Professional appearance, punctuality, and responsibility.
